After Highlanders disband -- Zabrick left  and Marco Bran dead (R.I.P.) and di Singa Platinum left to go to Solid Agency, Deva Bratt , an Nuclear decide fi stay united an name dem self Portmore Empire, {At the time Vybz Kartel was still in The Alliance} subsequently, Kartel was thrown out of the Alliance by Bounty Killer and Kartel seen that they wher right group to go in and he went in the group to highlight the artiste with a few additions of him own. so he said

Nuclear and Deva Bratt new that Kartel as one of the biggest representers out of Portmore (besides Cobra) So Deva Bratt and Nuclear decide to make Kartel come in ther group to highlight the Artiste and the Name PORTMORE EMPIRE {Not to register it in is name and  to own it }
