findImg.php?pic_size=200&table_name=news_img_tab&table_field=img_id&img_id=1812876radio.com is not sure how it got started, but since yesterday there have been wild rumours circulating through the streets that  entertainer Adijah Palmer more popularly known as Vybz Kartel, mother and sister where gunned down in a reprisal killing.

To show the extent to which the rumour had spiraled, 876radio.com received more than 500 phone calls within a three hour time span.

Base on these frightening statistics we decided to do some investigation to find out if there was any truth to the matter, only to discover they were nothing but their namesake, rumours. We never spoke directly to the deejay but credible sources within the camp told us that the deejay's mother and sister were perfectly fine and his mom even called him to find out if he had heard of the rumour.

Kartel who has once again found himself on the wrong side of the law was freed on Friday (September 12th), after he and several other men were picked up on Wednesday in a Joint Police, Military operation. After intense interrogations, they were later freed without any formal charges laid against them.
