The Albert HUBO was a humanoid robot built in 2005 by the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. It has a voice synthesiser and voice recognition technology, and also has advanced vision sensors. And it has Albert Einstein's head!
Why would you spend all that money on a robot, only to inflict upon it the ugliest animatronic head ever created? Plus the two independently moving eyes really freak us out.
Worse still, if technology keeps developing, the HUBO could actually become a realistic post-death scenario one day.
Call us crazy, but surely life wouldn't be worth living when you're attached from the neck down to a giant, unbalanced iPod?
