Ways too improve this site..

hey there am not a full active member of this site because the layout is very confusing and clustered so i will like too suggest some ideas if the admin will take my ideas in considaration.

Layout
1.Used sub-boards (Front page too clustered)

2.Need Organizing looks a little too clustered and confusing (as in too many boards)


Template

1.Tone down on the color theme it's too bright

2.I would have to say that your on/off icons are a tad too simple. Replace it with something more elaborate...like...a forum logo perhaps?

3.You have moderators on everyboard, this is not necessary if some of these users moderate all board.

4.Not bad, but needs some updating and tweeking. Right now its very over cl**ttered


Mod's

Most mods need too know how too have respect for the newbies and the old members,this is one big reason am not active on the board i have seen few mods that disrespect newbies and make them feel like they are not welcome also the insults they give too members and newbies,so i think this need addressing because it's a trun off to be active on this site.

P.S don't attack me because i make suggestions am a webmaster also a dj so i know what am speaking about so instead of attacking me think about improving the site because when members see all the cussing,attacks,ect at other members it send a very bad message too newbies about this site.

All message boards should have a F.Q.A. at the top of the nav bar when new people join the site this will stop newbies from asking mod's stupid questions as one mod stated in his post.

because that How to..?forum that i see is very confusing and cl**tter with all kinds of information in there that don't even concern this board,so i recommand putting a help forum also in the MZJA Intro as "Help"so in this way members will be able too go there for help issues only for this site not for eg:irieFm passwords ect..so this is why i say in my post earler this site need too be more Organizied.

also i will recommand too change that MZJA Intro to "Announcements"because that's what they are not intro.

Agree with brainz statment. Newbies need to try and figure out the operation of the site on there own....if they require assistants then they should ask for in a manner that a moderator or an existing memeber will answer them. Some ppl just love fi demand and expect fi get answer, things not work like that.
