I was in a relationship with a man with whom I thought I would spend the rest of my life, but then I discovered that he went to Jamaica and had sexual relations with his 'cousin'. They both claim that they are not *lo** relations so they have done nothing wrong, but I believe they are too close to have any kind of relationship. She is his sister's (from his father's side) cousin, so if they were to have children, they would call his sister both auntie and cousin.
The Bible says, "None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him to uncover their nakedness." How can this woman who claims to be a churchgoing Christian justify what she is doing with her cousin? And also, how can this same woman abort a child conceived during these relations without feeling she has sinned? Pastor, I pray for them both to see what they are doing is wrong, not only in man's eyes, but also in God's eyes.

Dear D. T.,
Strange, you are attacking the young woman and not the man. Shouldn't the man be responsible, too? I wouldn't encourage this type of relationship. But this man cannot be excused and the young woman condemned.
