However the Doctor Beenie has his own agenda and will be unleashing another staging of his signature summer party 'Summer Sizzle' with a brand new name and a line-up that could rival Sumfest.

The event has been renamed to 'Beenie Sizzle' and so far boast an impressive cadre of confirmed acts. When 876radio.com contacted his booking agency 'Khool Bookings' they informed us that they are still in negotiation with international rap stars Soulja Boy and Lil' Wayne as their inclusion could significantly boost the strong local roster of acts they currently have.

Some of the confirmed acts so far are the fire man Capleton, Sizzla, Aidonia, Mavado, Elephant Man and Vybz Kartel. The unconfirmed list includes, Warrior King, Jah Cure, Ninja Man, T.O.K, Voicemail, Queen Ifrica, Mr Vegas and Assassin amongst others.

The two biggest surprise on the list is Bounty Killer's Protege Mavado and Beenie's now estranged wife D'Angel who hopefully will give her confirmation soon, but kudos must be given to the Doctor as this is a clear sign that the two are certainly trying to resolve their differences and create an amicable environment for all. Will she perform alongside the Doctor, that is the unanswered question on everyone's lips.

The show is set to kick off on August 6th at the Jamalco Sports Club in Clarendon and promises to be a crowd pleaser that will be closed by the Dancehall doctor himself

lol dis isnt true mavado manager stated dat him dont know of dat and everybody kno mavado no like king fish i think king fish need him fi mek money and draw crowd but dont him hav kartel and angel ? dem not good enough ?
