COPS are investigating the death of a 10-week-old baby boy.

A 33-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the incident.

A Dorset Police spokesman said today they were investigating the circumstances surrounding the childs unexplained, sudden death at an address in Gordon Road, Wimborne.

The man and woman were arrested after the death of the boy on Friday.

The police spokesman said they were awaiting the outcome of a port mortem to establish the cause of death.
