A COUPLE were yesterday charged with conspiracy to supply drugs to Amy Winehouse following a sensational video obtained by The Sun.
The Back to Black star, 24, is seen smoking crack on the film, but escaped charges as there was no proof of what types of substance were abused.
But the CPS believes there is enough evidence on the clip to charge 34-year-old John Blagrove and his girlfriend Cara Burton, 22.
The pair, of Dalston, East London, were bailed to appear before Thames JPs in July, charged with supplying cocaine and ecstasy earlier this year.
As well as smoking crack, Winehouse was shown apparently snorting MDMA powdered ecstasy and cocaine and admitting taking Valium tablets.
Despite a lack of evidence to charge her, the conspiracy law Blagrove and Burton face does not require proof on what the substances in the film are.
The video also contained images of Sir Bob Geldofs 19-year-old daughter Peaches apparently handing over £190 for drugs and saying: "Im going to need Valium after this."
It is believed the charges against Blagrove and Burton do not relate to her
