A man preparing to dispose of yard waste after cutting his gra** late Monday found the baby boy with his umbilical cord still attached in a trash bin in the city's Central West End. The child was taken to St. Louis Children's Hospital. Media reports said he is in good condition, but hospital officials aren't commenting. Police are searching for suspects.
