Culture reggae crooner Pressure Buss Pipe is preparing to headline at the Barbados "Reggae on the Hill" festival, on Sunday, April 27. Pressure joins a number of top international acts that will be bringing reggae to the masses at the Farley Hill National Park venue, including Sizzla, Capleton, Tanya Stephens, and Jah Cure.
Pressure.jpgWith his new album in hand (Love & Affection; Don Corleon Records, 2007), Pressure remains consistent with making hit tunes for his core culture reggae fans, but also brings a sweet romantic flavor to the genre, with the international breakout track "Love and Affection," which has taken the airwaves by storm and continues to garner regular radio play even a year since its release.
The USVI St. Thomas native now looks forward to a busy summer on the road, as he continues to spread his new sounds and promote the new album around the globe. Fans can look forward to upcoming tours of Europe and Japan in the next months.
