well if its a situation weh tight but it wouldnt b informin it wud b jus a slight help
for example if u see a man kill another man in front of u and police ask u question and u tell dem everything and anything then thats informin
but if them ask yuh and u answer and say " yes i was there but all i saw was di man on the floor thats not informin
