Indian were about to be sent to the electric chair. The American got
strapped in and was asked if he had any last words. He said 'No'; 
 they pressed the button-nothing happened, so he was set free

(Apparently if the state tries to execute someone and 'has
technical difficulties' during the process
and it doesn't happen, the
person is set free).
The Japanese got strapped in and was asked if he had any last
