1. wen mi sign up, mi pay dem installation fee + 1st month, couple days later, receptionist call me and tell me seh she dash whey mi money and ah beg mi nuffi tell har boss (seriously, how yu dash whey suh much raas money?)
2. mi pay fi 1MB download, wen mi use it, is like dial-up, mi mek how much complaints til finally, it start move nice but wen mi ah download anything, it tek forever, sent numerous emails and made numerous calls fi sort out mi service
3. mi pay mi fee one month, next month i get invoice saying i only pay 50% of the pervious month, wen i have the receipt showing i paid 100%, went to them office, show the lady mi receipt, she tells me she will deal with it, next month inovice says i still owe for that month, went to them again, was told that the accountant nuh sort out the computer yet
next month, sed ting
4. ever since the hurricane late last year, i had no service, called and tell them, they said they would fix, 2 weeks gone, after emails and calls and no service, i decide to cut dem off, call them and tell dem this, the very next day they came to ma house for the equipment

imagine, for 2 weeks st8, i been calling them and wen i cut dem off, dem reach faas like lightning

anyways, i still getting this invoice saying i owe them, well i emailed and tell dem dat the receipt is here at home, sen' smady fi come look at it cuz i nah waste nuh more money to leave my yaad fi come show yu receipt.
