Portmore Empire's first lieutenant Deva Brat seems to be going through some difficult times as last Thursday he was abandoned by members of his legal team who failed to show for his March 27th hearing.

876radio understands that due to the failure of his legal team, he was NOT granted bail when he appeared in the Spanish Town Resident Magistrate's Court and was remanded in custody until May 1st, the new date set for his case.

Deva Brat incarceration stems from charges of carnal abuse after it was alleged that he was present during the sexual molestation of a minor.

According to the police report, two men aligned to the deejay pulled a 14 years old girl into a house where she was raped and later released. It 's also alleged that the deejay was on the premises at the time of the incident, and may have been involved.

The deejay who has been in lock up for weeks now, has proclaimed his innocence and many of his cronies from the Westchester community has come out in his defense with a similar verdict.
