Mr. Puzzle UP Jeffery Hype The Boss!! (Portmore Empire Leading Producer)

Mr.Puzzle up Jeffrey Hype, the top lieutenant in the Portmore Empire, has delved into production with his first rhythm project, Resident Evil. The rhythm features Vybz Kartel, Blak Ryno, Shawn Storm Doza Medicine, Earthworm, and a host of other artistes.

"Beenie Man has said that he is going to record soon, so the production look like it a go tek off. Mavado and Aidonia ah go voice. So sick!" Jeffrey Hype said.

Doza Medicine blows up on the track like a Roman candle with a sick barrage of rhymes: fire squeeze, send me tech/cah some bwoy sen me threat/watch it mek me mek deadly step/12 gauge bite out Headly neck. He then declares: 'I am di devil child and where I am living, they know that is hell'. Medicine is definitely 'different from the average'. My favourite lines are in the second verse where he confides: 'dem waan kill me and send Yousef/but dem fren/ useless, mi clap it wid mi right an den use lef'.

Addi the Teacha declares on 'Pop It Off, Point It and Squeeze' that "mi nah run, *lo** haffi run inna the streets, when it start, nobadda tell me 'bout no peace'. Murderous. Addi seems to have found a new formulafor finding singalong hooks that make a chill race up your spine, and he shows no sign of slowing down for 2008.

Another Empire artiste drops b****s on the track, 'War Dem Waan'. Deva Bratt refloats 'Auto Tune' on this rhythm to wicked effect, and some impassioned mixing.

In the meantime, Earthworm declares that 'tonight they die so easy' before he chips with some deadly rhymes about death but it is Blak Ryno who brings the heat with 'How Evil is this?' with a semi-autobiographical song that will raise his stocks in the dancehall market. He deejays: 'watch dem a pree Blak Ryno/waan do mi tings and mi find out/ mi undastand the f----y waan see mi sign out' with a wicked melody that sticks in your brain like a hook. But it is the gem of a line that Ryno delivers which sends the song to another level when he says: 'see it de, how evil is this? Dem a chew pon mi name like Wrigglies...'. This deejay is shining like a star on the distant horizon. More Riddims From The hype... Check out His Myspace @
