Busy_Signal.jpgAlliance deejay Busy Signal was a notable no-show at this years staging of Magnum Follow Di Arrow because he reportedly came down with a severe case of pneumonia.

Busy is doing fine now but he has pneumonia, at one point, his temperature went up to 101 degrees, the condition is only life threatening if you dont seek treatment, so Busy is doing that. He will soon be back to good health, manager Shane Brown told One876Entertainment.com.

Busy Signal recently won the Best Solo Male Dancehall Vocal Performance award for Nah Go a Jail Again during the recent Reggae Academy Awards.
