Mi kinda on di fence bout dis one inno. Music is supposed to imitate life and most times it does.. it iust seems to me that dancehall music is so violent that it has to have an impact on di yute dem weh come from gully an see seh dem a glorify it inna di music. Di music weh a mek gully yute jus like dem.. rich. Mi coulda neva diss dancehall caw ah it and hip hop grow me. My question is, should dancehall artiste show more responsibility and tone it down.. for the sake of the communities?....1000 murders in JA in January alone....just a question......

i don't know...but if i was to hear a song about if guy diss mi or say something badd to me....then i should kill him...then 9 out of 10 imma going to want to kill someone when they say something to mi....But That just My Opinion....

yow peeple it simple if u nuh have enuff sense to kno that music is jus for entertainment and fun then u nuffi a listen.

if u believe seh dj a kill dj as dem dis dem den u nuffi a listen

if u caan mek up u own mind and a w8 fi dj tell u fi do some or seh som'n inna song b4 u decide what to do then u nuffi listen

so bottom line...music is entertainment...and if u can't c it as such den u should b locked up for life and.......unnu kno d res.

music is supposed to reflect life but it just seems like more time di music a dictate life...or is ti just me?
memba seh some a dem guly yute..just like here in di US nuh have no madda nar fadda fi teach dem right from wrong..so dem idolize di entertainer dem. who is responsible in that situation?
government is responsible for social issues but they dont make music...

as i said..music is music. now as a yute growing up especially in ja most if not all had early childhood education so u mus kno whats right from wrong its from there that u make ur decisions in life.
