Its pretty self explanatory, just look at the price of the first one, and then once you are "approved" look how the price changes. They make a lot of money like this, since alot of people buy 0.01 ebooks for feedback. They must make atleast 100 a day.

If you look for ebooks, at the 0.01 buy it now ones there are alot just like this one where the price goes from 0.01 to .99 or to 1.00
