Dear Dr. Flex, My boyfriend and I have been together for quite some time now. When our relationship just started, I used to have to beg him for sex and he still would not give it to me. He later said he just liked to look at blue movies a lot that is why he wouldnt have sex with me. However, he slowly began to give in and now, whereas I dont have to beg him, he still doesnt show any interest in sex with me and the only way we have sex is if I take the initiative. Even then he stops after a little while. I was going to go down on him recently but I smelled a funny scent on his penis that came from under the foreskin. He usually has really good hygiene and this has never happened before. Does this mean hes cheating?

Your boyfriend is probably getting a bit careless on his hygiene. When people are together for a while they tend to stop making an effort to maintain it. On the other hand, maybe its because of his smell why he doesnt want to get down with you. Tell him honestly that you would rather if it was a bit of poor health or hygiene problem he was having other than him cheating so he should come clean.
 Your relationship sounds a bit stale in the bedroom department and maybe you should suggest spicing it up, tell him to leave the blue movies alone as you are the real deal and that you are hot for him. If this does not do the trick then you have to move on with your life and find someone who will be more compatible.
