Boy oh boy it seems like this tax evasion thing is gonna be hanging over Moses 'Beenie Man' Davis' head for some time still.

After going to court yesterday it is understand that the DJ is scheduled to return on March 25 and to date he has not given the court any clear indication on how he is going to settle the debt.

The case was last heard on December 10, 2007 when the DJ's lawyers said they would be holding talks with the tax authorities regarding his multi million-dollar tax.

However, tax representatives told the court yesterday that Beenie only visited their offices once.

The tax authorities allege that the entertainer owes the state $47 million in income tax.
