Billboard topping producer Cordel 'Skatta' Burrell was reportedly in a car accident tonight that resulted in the injury of several other persons. Reports suggest that 'Skatta' himself appears to have suffered only minor superficial injuries.

Reports reaching One876Entertainment.com are that Cordel 'Skatta' Burrell was involved in a car accident at about about one hour ago, (10:30 pm.) in the Half Way Tree area. Unconfirmed reports from eyewitnesses in the area is that 'Skatta' was in travelling in a blue Subaru WRX when it hit a parked Lancer station wagon waiting at a taxi stand on Constant Spring road. The Lancer then plowed into a group of people waiting on robot taxis.

One eyewitness told One876Entertainment.com that a "man was on the ground and not moving and the bones were protruding out of the flesh of another man".

"The pickpockets dem run through the man pockets and gone wid everything. The tief dem even gone wid Skatta touch screen and him slide up phone. Mi no know how Jamaica stay so, people more likely fi rob yuh than even check yuh pulse," she said.

The police arrived on the scene soon afterwards and got the situation under control. A wrecker towed 'Skatta's vehicle which had sustained damage to the left rear side. The Lancer could not be moved at the time because something was reportedly wrong with the car's brakes. The injured persons were taken to the hospital.

The accident occurred at the Esso Tiger Mart, the same gas station where Bogle was killed three years ago to the day.
