On Christmas Eve, while most people were preparing to relax with family and friends, John Troxtel, a concert set designer, was filing a million-dollar lawsuit against the tour company of R&B star Chris Brown, this according to a report on Vibe Confidential.
Troxtel alleges that Brown's touring company didn't own up to their end of the bargain after a verbal agreement for his work designing the sets for Brown's "Up Close and Personal" Tour. Troxtel, who has designed concert settings for artists ranging from Michael Jackson, to Eminem and Snoop Dogg, says he was paid for some of his design work, but more work "was required and requested."
Troxtel claims that Brown's touring company refused to pony up the cash. He is suing for breach of contract and unjust enrichment
