Terry Linen shoots music video for "Mood For Love"
Reggae crooner Terry Linen has announced his presence back on the scene in no uncertain terms with his "Mood For Love" single, which is already receiving good rotation on air.
The singer wrapped up the video for the single last Friday and it's now in the editing stages soon to be premiered.
Recording on the Uplifting Music International label and Shot on location in Blue Mountain, the music video was done under the direction of Green Gorilla Media.
The plot for the video is the typical boy missing girl and all the anguish of longing for her and pining for that special someone who just lights up your life comes out in "Mood For Love."
The director exercises his creative genius here as every scene, every touch, every look depicted in the video brings out the central theme of the song.
"Mood For Love", which was written by Terry Linen and his friend Fitz Livermore aka Favourite, is already receiving good rotation on air. It will also be one of the featured tracks on Linen's 14-track album due out in February 2008.
"Mood For Love" is Terry Linen's comeback after being off the scene for a while. The diminutive singer who carries a distinctive voice made some impact on the scene with songs such as "Couldn't Be The Girl For Me" and "Save Me Jah Jah Jah". But it wasn't until 1999 when he recorded a cover of Whitney Houston's "Your Love Is My Love" that he catapulted into international attention. On the new label Terry is hoping to once again dominate the music scene.
