Deejay Busy Signal, a key member of the Alliance, will be putting out his sophomore album in February 2008.

He has taken a break from recording in order to make a phenomenal album, and we love how the album is progressing, manager Shane Brown told a reporter over the weekend. The deejay has recorded over 30 tracks, some mad ting he has done songs with Morgan Heritage, Demarco, and Tarrus Riley, showing his depth and maturity.

Busy Signals debut album was called Step Out.

The album will be an independent project which will be a joint release of producer-manager Shane Browns Jukebox and Signals own Network label. Busy Signals The Days is widely regarded as the hottest in the dancehall world now, and is #1 on the RE TV dancehall chart, #2 on the Jamaica Music Countdown chart and in the top ten of Stampedes Street Vibes chart.

Recently, Busy Signal was the centre of controversy when he teamed up with Munga Honorebel to voice the Big Ship diss, Nuh Fraida Nuh Bwoy on the Back Ache rhythm. On this track, Munga declares famously when mi buss my gun, dem ship sink, sparking lyrical counteractions from Aidonia, Chino McGregor and others.
