Mavados VP Records debut album, The Symphony of David Brooks is doing moderately well in terms of sales. In its second week of the chart, the album is at #7, sandwiched between Matisyahus gold-selling album, Youth and Notchs Raised by the People. The album actually peaked at #6 but slipped one place this week. In the meantime Collie Budz self-titled album is outselling Mavado, and he holds down the #1 spot after three weeks on the chart. Mavado had previously hit the Billboard charts with the single Weh Dem a Do last year.
