Los Angeles ­ Jose Cedillo, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, says he has nowhere to turn.

A day laborer since 1986, Mr. Cedillo has received notice from a Los Angeles County hospital that he must start paying out of pocket for the treatment he will need. "I have no choice because I have no insurance and can't work while I'm taking these treatments," he says, sitting in the tiny apartment he shares with his wife, a janitor.

The recession and a big state deficit ­ is leading some California counties to cut back on nonemergency health services to illegal immigrants. In others, cutbacks in services for the uninsured are hitting illegal immigrants especially hard.

The problem is socking California because it is home to the lion's share of US immigrants, both legal and illegal. The latter are often eligible for healthcare provided to the poor. But health departments across the country are facing budget pressures that are leading to slashed services and that could reignite the debate over providing medical care to illegal immigrants.

"There simply isn't enough revenue to support the network of services which heretofore has been expected," says Robert Pestronk, executive director of National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO).

Mine was seeing members of my family who i havent seen in a long time.

I have read mad horror stories about woman who get half or more than half of there husbands richies and then on top of that have to pay spousal support and other even pay for there lawyer that they are using to divorce to you think it's fare.

Have you, or anyone you know, been a victim of racial profiling?

First and foremost, by asking people to vote and support me in this synergy is not soliciting. I've bin observing and saw what you have been doing throughout the contest. Most people in the zone are hypocrites and thieves, (who the cap fit can wear it), they are uncanning, conniving and take people's kindness and willingness for weakness.

Secondly, I don't need your or anyone else's permission and/or approval for how I express my experiences and talents. This particular event was a flop from the very start to the end, so I just rushed my sections and chatted on my phone for my 15 mins of time. I'm not here to keep up little kid arguments and name callings, as I have already passed this stage, further more I've never spoken that much in an argument, in fact most times, my gun did all of that for me. My level of experience is vast and run circles around your mere bpm matching and name calling ventures.

I do for the simple reason that when he was on Alliance u didnt realize it so i still had respect for him, the tight cloths dont bother me that much cause you can wear tight cloths and dont mean your a fish can mean you like your muscles but when i knew he was bleaching i lost respect for him i dont like bleachers never did and iam brown i think Black is Power and beauty. How do I think it affects his career fans like me or even jus strait up fans for him has lost that respect therefore losing a little fan base.

Vybz Kartel ...seem to be pushing his business on the back of the recent hot single 'Rampin Shop' in collaboration with DJ Spice .. There is now a commercial for the promotion of his daggering condoms.. with different varieties having different names such as 'Timeless' and 'Ramp Ruff'..

So.. I'm not sure, but with the down turn in the world economy, lets hope business turns out well for the Teacha.. So perhaps its a good move as not everybody have that full international appeal to get to the international scene and maintain it as well....

Not to be left out Mavado recently endorsed a line of products ..including Gully Side wear which incldes t-shits, baby Ts and rolling paper (aka rizzla, gnaja wrap).. so we expect to see a lot more of these products this year... and the artiste diversifying their port folio

first off, I will say it right out that happiest days, mavados best song eva...was written by addi. next tune- missin you , and standing in the rain are both great examples of the many styles addi possess. In Bag of money when he sings, its a top tune, he sings in nah hold we down. Finally I will stop with Life Sweet. all these tunes mentioned above are prime examples of addi being a good singa also. Overall he is more talented than mavado. And please nobody post anything about how much money mavado makes because it means nothing. a guy may get paid more than you just for being friends with the owner even though you a better worker than he is. things work out like this when politics are involved. so no money talk and say what you feel fi say, and no dissing each other. if you are going to respond to this then please have it stay on topic and argue why you think otherwise. or if you agree, then tell me you agree.
