Born in Paris in 1977 but raised in Guadeloupe (FRENCH WEST INDIES CARIBBEAN) Tiwony is the son of Cameroonian bassist Edimo Vicky, who played with Bob Marley and Manu Dibango. So naturally he moves to the music. After recording some demos with his father, he joined the Influence Sound in 1993. In 1995, he decided to leave the Guadeloupe and settled in France.

Tiwony Hip-Hop/Dancehall is a style, and is found "featuring 2Bal/2Neg, Lord Kossity, or Straïka D. Eclectic, Afro-Caribbean is heard on dancehall riddims on roots, beats, hip hop and zouk. He notes in particular on the soundtrack disc gold film "My 6T Va Crack-Er" with Pas De Timinik.

Tiwony multiplies incursions of French rap projects: Manu Key, Rohff, Niroshima 2 Lady Laistee ... Or on stage with the Bisso Na Bisso or the Neg Marrons. Both collaborations that enhance its growing reputation. In the Caribbean, title Jah Blessed Yo is particularly welcomed and was even awarded the SACEM Guadeloupe-2000.

Tiwony is also an active member of Blackwarell Sound System (Black alongside Kimbo Original B Lyaï, Luzdi and Fefe Typical), Champion of France of Sound Systems in 2003 and since 1999 he leads. With Typical Fefe was born duo Double Trouble with the album of the same name in 2002. What follows are several tracks on various compilations and riddims: Savage, Axxia Riddim, Riddim R2D2, Killa Session Storm Alarm, and even on the soundtrack of "Rrrrr. The duo presents it in 2005 with the release of their new album, "Revolution".

Influenced by local artists or N'Bee Janik, Tiwony made his debut in Guadeloupe (FRENCH WEST INDIES CARAIBES) and in 1993 joined the famous Sound Effect sound which unites other Kulcha B Boubou K'poral ...

As he reminds us in his video interview, Tiwony was immersed in reggae from the womb of his mother pregnant with him attending a concert by Bob Marley and The Wailers. Added to this the fact that his dad is a bassist confirmed and you understand that wony was destined to succeed in the music. Influenced by local artists or N'Bee Janik, he made his debut in Guadeloupe and in 1993 joined the famous Sound Effect sound which unites other Kulcha B Boubou K'poral, Toktone G ... Two years later he returned in Paris (where he was born) to further toughen and break into the music scene.
During this time he puts on the historical compilations "Ragga Dub Force", "Biwa", "Karukeragga" or "Combination" produced by Janik. But it is the compilation of the movie "My 6t will crack" that introduced him to a wider audience with the title "No Timinik. The artist is open-minded and participated in some projects including those hip-hop of Rohff and Manu Key.
This is the maxi "Beni Yo" which won him the 2000 Award of the SACEM Guadeloupe. On this first asked Max what the Big Tune "A Thought". A little anecdote: it poses a dubplate for sound back To Zion he faces in the semifinals with BlackWarrel Sound (Original B Kimbo Ludsy, Fefe Typical ...) during the championship of France of sound systems in 2002, and at the last piece of dub fi dub, Back To Zion out the cake and won a place for the Finals. Returning to his solo career. Blackwarell, who is also a label released a compilation of his best and combinations with bad mixtape "Directions."
