Question: Can Men Have Multiple Orgasms?
"Ive heard that men can have multiple orgasms but dont really understand how this could work. Once I come theres nothing I can do but wait until I get hard again. Is this an urban legend, or is it just something some guys can do but others cant?"
Answer:
Its definitely not an urban legend; although male multiple orgasms do sometimes take on something of a mythic quality (take, for example, Sting).
The good news is that men can, do, and have had multiple orgasms for thousands of years. Taoist teachings on sexuality that go back farther than that give explicit instruction for men on how they can experience multiple orgasms. Western sex researchers have also studied this experience in men and found clear physiological evidence that it happens. Also, it seems that many men can learn to have multiple orgasms.
The sort-of bad news? Learning to have multiple orgasms takes a fair bit of time and practice. Also, multiple orgasms means that you are having a series of non-ejaculatory orgasms, so while they arent necessarily better or worse, they are definitely different than the kind of orgasms you may be used to experiencing.
The more good news? Learning to have multiple orgasms means you will also be learning to control ejaculation, and you will learn a lot about your own sexual response, which is great news regardless of the final outcome.
Adamant that justice must be achieved, a female police officer is sticking to her guns in filing rape charges against a colleague of hers who allegedly sexually abused her while they worked together on duty.
Telling horror stories of rampant sexual inappropriate behaviour within the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF), the female cop explained to The Gleaner that her hellish ordeal of being raped was the climax of a long experience with sexual hara**ment that started from the beginning of the eight month training programme at Police Training School.
While quick to point out that the Twickenham Park, St Catherine-based school has some excellent instructors, the decent ones were outnumbered, according to the female officer, by those who did indiscreet things like offer sex in exchange for favourable training outcomes.
Although it was difficult to be teased and jeered constantly, because of her stance to be strictly no-nonsense in regards to the sexual advances of her male colleagues, the female officer stuck to her guns and pursued her goal of being a police officer with high integrity.
Then on the night before Hurricane Gustav, this officer was forced to have sex with a colleague who brutally ignored her pleas for him to stop.
After reporting the incident and following proper procedures of getting medical examinations and having evidence collected, the officer experienced further contemptuous reactions from colleagues who disagreed with her decision to file criminal charges on one of their squaddy [squad members].
The female officer reported feeling isolated and unsupported after reporting the incident and even has times when she senses some superiors are trying to intimidate her.
Last week however, some progress was reported, as the police officer in question was arrested and charged with an alleged rape. He has been interviewed and a ruling from public prosecutions is pending.
The female officer is now receiving the full support of the JCF and has been reassigned, while senior enforcement officers condemn the entire situation.
People WHO YOU TINK?
On his new album, which will be officially launched this month, deejay Mad Cobra is literally the 21-track sets title.
It is named Helter Skelter, the persona he adapts for the songs.
Helter Skelter is a very rough, street album, Cobra said. Only three of the 21 tracks have come out as singles, namely Gangster Flex, One Lip to a Spliff and Galang So, done with Vegas.
Cobras talent
The album has, in effect, been finished for sometime. However, in terms of being released it has been somewhat of a victim of Cobras talent, as he says I get new ideas and I write almost everyday. He decided to bring closure to the project when he wrote a song for the hot Kung Fu rhythm, making it the final entry on the set.
It will be coming out on Cobras own DJR label (named after his three children, Devante, Jordan and Rujuan). To support the set, Cobra will be travelling through Jamaica from Negril to Portland, doing not only performances but also autograph signing and meet-and-greet sessions. Then will come the Caribbean, with stops in Antigua, Trinidad, Barbados, St Lucia and The Bahamas, followed by a trek to the US.
Musical powerhouse
Among the producers who worked on Helter Skelter are Rotigan, Yellow, Mack D and Flego, much of the work done at Walkway 21, a Portmore-based production house run by Mikey Steer. Cobra has, of course, been in Portmore long before it was known as a musical powerhouse.
Helter Skelter follows Snypa Way, which Cobra said did very well and for which he is still getting requests to supply copies.
On the upcoming album, Cobra says Devils War is a c****ination between himself and the Devil, while Me and My Crew is a c****ination with Big Beast who he is banking on to be the next big star, Bedroom Gangster is about fulfilling the womens desires, Spice chipping in on Dat a Wha She Want, also firmly on the womens street.
War is about no stepping down, One Lip To a Spliff advocates that yu mus can support yu smoking habit and Cobra says when people hear Who The Cap Fits they will know who is being addressed.
Promoting violence
When The STAR asked how he responds if Helter Skelter was seen as promoting violence, Cobra said his songs are speaking to a particular character and are not about an innocent person.
Just like the movies, Cobra said, adding that if that is the situation they need to stop the silver screen.
And hard on the heels (Cobra plans for about a gap of only five months) comes Other Side of the Coin, another full-length set. The next one is more radio friendly Cobra said, adding that it is halfway completed. He said that it will have the reality side, culture, love songs, different ballads.

As we approach the arrival of STING 2008 with only three months to go there seems to be no end in sight to the ongoing feud between Portmore Empire leader Vybz Kartel and the Gully god from Cassava Piece, Mavado. Recently members of 876radio.com crossed path with both deejays at separate studio sessions and observed some very harsh verbal insults being hurled at each other on the soon to be released Beauty & The Beast Riddim produced by TJ Records. Kartel seemingly in one of his usual militant mode recorded a track titled "Kill Dem All and Done" where he takes pot shots at Mavado his baby mother and child on the very dark and sinister sounding beat. Mavado has also recorded a response which will be making its street debut soon. The compilation also features Natural Bridge recording artiste and one of Jamaica's fastest rising new talent Konshens with a track entitled "I Don't Leave It" which is poised to become the breakout single of the compilation. If not a bonafide hit, it will certainly raise a few eyebrows in the industry. |
Jamaican authorities have said the singer and rapper owed nearly US$1 million in overdue taxes.
But Judge Owen Parkin threw out the case Tuesday, ruling evidence showed the entertainer was not informed of his rights when auditors issued their assessment last year.
The singer's real name is Anthony Moses Davis. The Kingston native has been one of the biggest names in dancehall music for a decade. In 2001, he won a Grammy for his album "Art and Life."

Alliance selector Boom Boom is warning fellow selector Richie Feelings to stop making allegations about him.
At the recent B**** Dem Fridays, held in Golden Spring in St Andrew, it was an upset Boom Boom who took to the microphone to vent his anger. During his stint, he said Richie Feelings had reported him to the police and he was warning him to stop talking about him.

"When mi go a Bembe, a police stop mi at di gate and ask mi how mi seh mi a go shoot up Bembe. Him seh Richie Feelings mek di report," Boom Boom told THE STAR. "Mi nah tell no lie, and mi fren dem did deh deh as witness."

Jah Cure wants to keep expecting father status quiet
Mr Longing For Jah Cure, has a blessed bundle of joy on the way, but he seems to be peeved that 20 year old Gardinia is insistent on blabbing the news to anyone who will listen.
Wanting to keep this bit of his life private, Jah Cure is constantly at odds with his expected childs mom who he blames for spreading the news.
Gardinia however, has told Yardflex sources that she is not having a happy pregnancy, since many people are hara**ing her as a result of her being pregnant for Jah Cure. Besides being heckled at times, the cute party girl has also had the word slut written on her Oaklands apartment door; allegedly by some jealous and irate female fans.
I cant stand him no more he called me talking crap... Gardinia told our source who also said Jah Cure denied the child was his at first considering its moms affinity for the party scene. However, he has no choice now but to acknowledge what he knows deep down is a reality, the source said.
We a wonder what is wrong with young girls...why are they terrorizing Gardinia? They need to leave her alone.
Happy Earthday Mr. Vegas

Hoping you enjoy yourself today and that you remain blessed everyday
A family grieves for two young children Boy accidentally kills 3-year-old sister with licensed gun |
By KIMONE THOMPSON Sunday Observer senior reporter thompsonk@jamaicaobserver.com Sunday, September 28, 2008 |
GLEN Green last spoke to his three-year-old daughter Gabrielle yesterday morning. She called him and said she had something to tell him which she couldn't tell anyone else.
But before Glen got to hear the secret, he got news that his baby girl, also called Gabby, was dead. She had been shot in the face.
A distraught Orinthia McCalla, grandmother of three-year-old Gabrielle 'Gabby' Green who died at hospital yesterday, is comforted by close friends of the family. The little girl was accidentally shot by her eight-year-old brother at their home in Independence City, Portmore yesterday. (Photo: Garfield Robinson) |
Even more tragic was that the fatal blow was dealt by the girl's eight-year-old brother as the two played innocently with a loaded gun.
"She call mi and say 'daddy hurry up an come home because mi have something to tell yuh, an mi nuh waan tell nuhbaddy else'. An mi sey it so strange because yesterday (Friday) mi an har and har mother go buy some tings and she just stuck on to me. She nuh lef me. Mi carry har go shop an she say 'daddy mi want dis', an mi buy dem give har. An now mi nuh get fi hear wha shi did waan say," he said, using a black handkerchief to wipe the tears that had welled up and were streaming down his face.
And although the impact on the father and other relatives must be unbearable, it is Gabby's brother whose memory will perhaps be forever haunted.
When the Sunday Observer visited the house where he lived with his sister, mother and maternal grandmother in Independence City, Portmore near midday yesterday, he was crying uncontrollably.
He sat at the feet of his grandmother, Orinthia McCalla, laid his head in her lap and wept sorrowfully. He is only eight, but he knew what had happened. He knew his sister had died. He knew he had accidentally caused it.
"Ah [him] mi sorry fah," one woman said. "Di poor thing look like him ah tun eediat. Him nuh stap scratch scratch himself like supp'n ah bite him."
Neighbours soon after took him to the paediatrician at the nearby Child Care Medical Centre to be examined
and counselled.
McCalla said she and her daughter were in the kitchen preparing breakfast at the time of the tragic incident. They thought the children were at the front of the yard where they had left them playing. They didn't know the game had changed or that it had moved inside the house until the ear-piercing explosion rang out, signalling that something had gone horribly wrong.
"Ah di explosion we hear an we bolt go inside. We meet him ah di doorway ah bawl and then we see har," McCalla said, sitting in a chair across from her house as the police processed the scene.
She went from staring blankly into space, glancing up at the skies calling on God.
"Wha mi a go do? Wha mi a go do?," she cried out. "Mi gran' pickney dem, mi gran' pickney dem."
The children, she said, had apparently been rummaging through the suitcase of an uncle who had just returned from abroad. He had told them he carried gifts for them but the children couldn't wait; they went to find it themselves. What they found however, was not sparkly gift wrap or shiny ribbons. It was their uncle's 9mm pistol.
The Gregory Park police reported yesterday that the firearm was licensed, but they took the uncle in for questioning. He was released pending investigation.
"Yuh know why mi feel it so?," asked McCalla. "If mi did have pickney weh bad and weh go outta di way [mi probably woulda seh is pay back, but mi nuh have no pickney like dat. Ah dat mek mi feel it so," the mother of four said. "Mi family come so far. Everybody big now and nutten [bad] neva happen. Why now? Why now Jesus? Satan is a liar. Ah bind him and sen him back to the pit of hell where him belong," she said, her tone sad and low.
Neighbours described Gabby as "nice", "friendly", "pretty" and "bright". "Nobody nuh pass pan di road an she nuh call to them," one man said.
"She was a pretty, pretty baby. She was sweet and sensible, we lickkle sunshine," McCalla said, recounting things her granddaughter had said.
"To how she pretty and bright, mi just say to miself maybe she neva come here to stay."
I feel horny in the nights, but my fingers can't help me anymore. I feel horny very often and my vagina runs like juice. I am not quite sure if it is a man or a vibrator that I need.
What should I do? Please, give me your best advice.
S. P., Aruba
Dear S. P.,
It seems to me that you need to pray to God that He will send you a man who will marry you and meet your sexual needs. Women have different ways of satisfying themselves apart from having sexual intercourse with men, but you are saying that you are tired of that too.
Single women who use the vibrator have admitted that even after they are married, they still use the vibrator because no man is capable of creating the sensation that a vibrator gives. Therefore, I will not encourage you to purchase a vibrator. I would rather pray that the good Lord will help you to find a man and that both of you will get married and enjoy sex within the bond of marriage.

I know that there has been a lot of talk about the vibe magazine and this will be my last time talking about it.
When vibe presented the idea to me, I was excited about trying something different and doing something Artistic. The body is beautiful, and I wanted to celebrate it. Im at a point to whereas Im shedding old layers of my life and the new layers are surfacing. So much has changed for me especially as a young woman and I wanted to express that. There was talk about me being upset about the shoot. When I look at the photos, I do think they are beautiful photos and I am proud of my body, I was bothered because I did indeed have on items that were removed.
I know that it was vibes mission to do something beautiful and to present me in a nice light I just think it would have been appropriate for them to get my approval to do such a thing before doing it.. Jamaica Public Service customers will soon have answers concerning the high electricity bills which were issued recently.
In a release yesterday, the Consumer Advisory Committee on Utilities (CACU) said it had written to JPS President, Damion Obliglio, requesting an explanation of the circumstances surrounding the extended billing cycles and the suspension of meter reading over the same period.
The CACU is an independent group acting on behalf of consumers to find answers relating to any utility bill concerns. It liaise with the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR). It is a company that lobbies and advocates in order to hear from both consumers and the utility com-panies. The organisation meets monthly with the OUR which does not exercise any control over it.
The CACU wrote to the JPS honcho about the billing issue which continues to be the primary grievance of JPS customers. The CACU recommends that the JPS immediately address the technical glitch which caused the problem. It said this would ensure that there is no recurrence of the problem.
The CACU added that the company's meter-reading programme must be fine-tuned in such a way that it supports and produces actual readings on a monthly basis, irrespective of planned national events, such as public holidays.
The CACU also advised customers to familiarise them-selves with the components of their electricity bills. The lobby group promised to keep the public informed of developments as they occur. It asked that consumers exercise proper judgement and social order in the exercise of their rights.
HELSINKI, Finland (AP) A gunman opened fire at a vocational school for adults in western Finland on Tuesday before shooting himself, police said. Finnish media reported nine people were killed and the gunman was wounded.
The shootings began just before 11 a.m. local time as about 150 students went to class in Kauhajoki, 180 miles northwest of Helsinki. Witnesses said panic broke out as the hooded gunman entered the school and began firing.
"Within a short space of time I heard several dozen rounds of shots, in other words it was an automatic pistol," school janitor Jukka Forsberg told broadcaster YLE. "I saw some female students who were wailing and moaning and one managed to escape out of the back door."
Broadcaster STT, citing police at the school, reported nine people were killed, that the school building was on fire and the gunman reportedly had explosives on him.
Jussi Muotio, superintendent of the Kauhajoki police, confirmed that several people had been wounded but could not immediately confirm the deaths. "The incident is over now," Muotio said.
Vesa Nyrhinen, detective superintendent from the local police, declined to say how seriously the gunman was injured. "He was wounded by his own bullets," he said.
College rector Timo Varmola told YLE there were 150 students in the school at the time.
The shootings happened almost a year after another gunman killed eight people and himself at a school in southern Finland, an attack that triggered a fierce debate about gun laws in this Nordic nation with deep-rooted traditions of hunting in the sub-Arctic wilderness.
With 1.6 million firearms in private hands, Finland is an anomaly in Europe, lagging behind only the United States and Yemen in civilian gun ownership, studies show.
Finnish media said YouTube clips of a man firing a gun appeared to be linked to the shooting. In one of them, a young man wearing a leather jacket fires several shots in rapid succession with a handgun at what appears to be a shooting range.
The posting was made five days before the shooting and the location was given as Kauhajoki. The posting included a message saying: "Whole life is war and whole life is pain. And you will fight alone in your personal war."
The person who posted the clip identified himself as a 22-year-old with the name "Mr. Saari." He also posted three other clips of himself firing a handgun in the past three weeks.
Clips from the 1999 Columbine school shootings in Colorado were listed among his favorite videos.
Police could not immediately confirm whether the postings were linked to Tuesday's shooting.
Last year, Pekka-Eric Auvinen, described by police as a bullied 18-year-old outcast, opened fire at his high school in southern Finland on Nov. 7. He killed six students, a school nurse and the principal before ending his own life with a gunshot to the head.
Finnish investigators have said Auvinen left a suicide note for his family and foreshadowed his attack in YouTube postings.
After Auvinen's rampage, the government said it would raise the minimum age for buying guns from 15 to 18, but insisted there was no need for sweeping changes to Finland's gun laws.

While many persons in the Corporate Area were locked indoors last week during Tropical Storm Gustav, one man had to leave home and brave the weather after he broke his penis.
According to bizarre reports reaching THE STAR, the man had to immediately seek medical attention at the Kingston Public Hospital (KPH) after he fractured his penis while having sex.
After much research, we were able to make contact with the man yesterday. He, however, declined to give an interview after his demands for payment to share his story were not met.
"Right now unnu affi go gi mi some compensation fi my story," he said while stating that he wanted a percentage of THE STAR's sales for today. "So, if unnu naw gimmi a thing then just call it a day, mi naw go talk bout it."
We were able to get information from him, however, that he had been at the KPH. An earlier conversation with one of his friends also confirmed that he did break his member.
Several checks at the KPH yesterday turned up varying responses. One porter said he heard about a patient turning up with a broken penis, but he couldn'y say if it was true as he was not at work at the time.
A female security officer, chuckling through her response, said that she was at work when the patient showed up but was stationed elsewhere. "Is last week inna de storm him come, but mi neva up weh dem teck him in," she said. "Is when mi go up there mi hear dat a man come in wid a bruk penis."
She then jokingly warned the reporter to be careful in order not to share the same misfortune. Others at the facility said they had never heard about the case and questioned if it was possible for a man to break his penis.
However Dr Alverston Bailey, past president of the Medical Association of Jamaica, said that while he has not heard about this specific case, it was quite possible for the penis to be fractured. "It's called a penile fracture; it's not an uncommon event," he said. "What happens is that you tear the structure that maintains the integrity of the penis."
Loud popping soundDr Bailey continued that when this happens there is a loud popping sound from the penis, followed by excruciating pain and significant swelling, causing the penis to appear deformed. He noted that in some cases, *lo** might be seen coming from the organ.
"Men mainly fracture the penis from rough sex. During this vigorous act the penis may miss and end up hitting the female's pubic bone resulting in the fracture," he said. "So men who are overly enthused with 'daggering' can end up seriously hurting themselves."
He also warned that dominant females, overly enthused during certain sexual positions could put strain on the penis, resulting in a fracture.
In closing, Dr Bailey noted that men who suffer a penile fracture should immediately seek medical assistance as leaving it unattended may cause the penis to be permanently deformed or they might become impotent.
Boy hit from bicycle, dies; brother injured |
Monday, September 29, 2008 |
A 13-year-old boy, identified as Everton Hartley, was killed Saturday when a motor car hit him from his pedal cycle along the Vernamfield main road in Clarendon.
The boy's 14-year-old brother, Shavel Watson - who was riding on the same bicycle - was injured in the accident and was admitted to hospital.
The two teenagers, said the police, were riding along the Vernamfield main road heading towards Crooks Gate, when they were hit from behind by a motor car.
The driver of the car did not stop, the police reported.
